The workshop explores the relationship between the original and the copy through the cameraless film process using DIY contact-copy and photocopy machine and their intertwinement. The focus is on distortion, layers, randomness and tactile textures that arise in the space between control and unpredictability – where the copy becomes the original.

The focus is on creating loops, which are common in performative or installative practices.
